  • Through the use of the platform, including any associated websites and software applications.

  • Through electronic communications between you and the platform, including but not limited to email and text messages.

  • Through mobile or desktop applications downloaded for access to the platform.

  • When interacting with Company advertisements or applications on third-party platforms, provided such applications or advertisements include links to this Policy.

This Policy does not apply to:

  • Information collected by the Company through any means other than the platform, including but not limited to offline interactions or any other website or service operated by the Company or third parties.

  • Information collected by any third party, including Customers, or through third-party applications or content (including advertising) accessible from the platform.

Your use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of this Policy. The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at its sole discretion, and continued use of the platform following any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. Children Under the Age of 18

The platform is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, you must not provide any information on the platform or through any of its features.
