WorshipFit: Where Faith Meets Fitness!

Get ready to move your body and lift your spirit! WorshipFit is a fun, uplifting fitness class that combines the energy of Zumba-style dance with the power of worship music. It’s a celebration of movement and faith - no dance or fitness experience required!

Ages: 15+ (or 12–14 with participating parent)
Day/Time: Tuesdays, 6:30–7:30pm
Dates: Ongoing
Class Fees: $5 per week, walk-ins welcome
Location: Post Falls Campus, The Courts through 12/16, Building 3 beginning in 2026
